KBS grow  Farms is seeking a dedicated Poultry Farm Manager to oversee daily operations of our poultry facility in Hyderabad. The role includes managing poultry production, ensuring optimal health and growth of birds, and maintaining biosecurity measures. The candidate will be responsible for feed management, equipment maintenance, and supervising farm staff.

The manager will ensure adherence to quality and safety standards, prepare farm reports, and address any operational challenges. Proficiency in managing vaccinations, reducing mortality rates, and optimizing flock performance is highly desired. The role demands excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have a B.Sc. in Agriculture or a Diploma in Poultry Science with 2-6 years of experience in poultry farm management. They should have practical knowledge of poultry rearing practices, disease control, and nutrition management.

Experience in managing large poultry farms, including broiler or layer farming, is preferred. The candidate should possess strong communication skills, the ability to manage diverse teams, and a proactive approach to resolving operational issues. Candidates with a track record of improving farm productivity and reducing costs will be given priority.
